I've seen a few tanks that use starboard in lieu of an entirely bare bottom tank. It seems like a lot more corals will encrust onto the starboard than just the glass. Does anyone know a good place to buy starboard?

I have used starboard on pretty much all my tanks and recommend it. The least expensive place to score it that I have found is at cuttingboard.com - link below. I also did a small write up on my build thread about how to install it. This last purchase cost about $100 for a 48x24 @ 1/4 inch.
