Starfire 8 Bulb T5 not working

I bought this T5 Starfire. Someone modified it for two leds. It won't turn on. The old owner said it worked when he took it down. I postedbin lighting but haven't been able to get it working. Looks like maybe its caput. But it worked when it was shut down and stored. I put 6 new bulbs in it. Guy says it has to be something simple. Nothing just the relays make a clicking when each plug plugs in. Help?

HI , like we told you just by Mail, The lamp is over 10 years old and we never sell them since then. The best you can do is to bring that to a electrician specialist which can detect if all ballasts work fine

+1 a light or lamp shop. Electrical.place might rebuild it for you.
