So I have a 20g mixed reef display tank with a sump that has 10g of water in it. Im looking for starfish/urchins that might be an option for my tank or to go in my refugium that holds 4 gallons.

Most sea stars are specialized feeders and may only do well in larger, established tanks. The exception here are brittle and serpent stars. They scavenge and can eat the same foods as your fish. The are several varieties to choose from.

That will fit in a 20g?

I've had a serpent and a brittle star for 3+ years. First in my 8 gal & now in my 20. They've done fine in both tanks & scavenge for food under the rocks; helps keep my tank clean. Got them from KPAquatics, they have cheap shipping for the nano stars.
