Was dipping my first corals from my LFS and found this guy before i dipped them. Should I put him in my vert QT tank? About 1/4 inch in size.

Asterina star. Grab by hand and remove/discard
Once upon a time I thought they were cool until they multiplied like mice and ate a colony of expensive BamBam zoa on me

Appears to be an Asterina. I would remove it. I have many in my system and have witness a couple bothering my zoas. To each their own though.

Asterina. Some people like, others feel they can become problematic since they can reproduce quite prolificly.

Kill these with fire. The eat soft coral. Took me years to get rid of mine.
