I just saw this and haven't seen one before. I'll be researching it, but if anyone knows, please let me know. Thanx.

Also, before anyone says it, I know I have an aptasia. It's the only one I've had and its been there for awhile. If I start to see more, I'll take care of it.

I'd get rid of both of them now before they reproduce.

So why get rid of the starfish? Odd, but I saw, for the first time ever, the same exact size and coloring of a starfish on my overflow box yesterday. Curious if I need to get that thing out of there or not.

I was wandering the same thing. Mine doesn't bother anything and stays in the same place. I did kill the aptasia though.

Asterinas can munch on coral. Some people never have a problem and others do. I wouldn't take the chance.

I wouldn't. Why take the chance? There are plenty of other CUC's that are reef safe.
