Hey, got this guy on a frag. Looks like a brittle star but has 7 legs? Is he reef safe?

I’d agree with brittle star. Could just be a deformity to have 7 legs

Should be harmless. Stars will occasionally pop up with extra legs.

I’d also say brittle star but you know the saying: when it doubt, take it OUT!! might be harmless but it also might munch on, well, something you don’t want it to munch on.

Should be fine. Only brittle or serpents to really get worried about are the green star of death
