Starfish OK?

Is my fromia starfish OK? It moves around the tank like normal seems fine legs intact just seen this today when I came from work.. I did a slow drip acclimation with a acclimation tool I got at Amazon did it for 6 hrs it's been a week since I got it tank is about 1yr and 2months old please help thank you.

Nitrate- 0.25ppm
Nitrite - 0
Ammonia - 0
Calc- 420ppm
Mag-1300ppm

Not good. Something hurt the star. Unfortunately these guys fall victim to infection and do not have a good record of recovery? What other inhabitants are in the tank?

No not a good sign. I have the same Formia type starfish and mine is fat. Your looks thin/flat in the image. Looks like decay setting in and not much you can do about it sorry.

Dang..

so what should I do at this point? I have a blue and yellow tang clownfish and a coral beauty angel also BTA and LTA

Take it out and dispose of it, sadly at this point it's a goner

You probably got an already compromised specimen. Star fish are extremely sensitive to most medications so a medicinal remedy is not likely. Not much you can do that I know of.

It so hard to just get it knowing it's still alive and to just throw it like that :/

I would have the same issue. If it were me I would just wait and watch, once the decay become more advanced you can move it out of the tank. The Star Fish is small so there should be no untoward effects on the system.
