Couple questions on starfish.

1. Are brittle stars, chocolate chip stars and linckia stars all reef safe?
2. Can all three of those starfish go in the same tank? I have a 220 gallon tank.

Brittle and linckia stars are reef safe the chocolate chip is not. Brittle and linkia stars should be fine together. The linkia needs a well established tank. Brittle stars are a great part of the cuc. Linkia feed off film algea, microfauna and sponges reason why needs a well established tank.

Be a bit careful with the linkia star, mine ate mine montipora setosa from time to time. Otherwise gret tank mate.

Brittle starfish and serpent starfish are awesome.
Just make sure you avoid the green death brittle starfish. They get to 2' long and eat fish.
Wondering if our 8" long fuzzy black brittle starfish ate all the Royal Gramma over the years.
Always bought them small, an inch or less. Never could keep one for more than 2 months.

We have 8 different kinds in a 75 gallon.
