Starfish?

I have this little starfish looking thing in my tank. What is it?

They can multiply like CRAZY so you may want to start finding ways to remove them. Some people report the darker gray ones to eat corals

If you want to get rid/control the population i highly recommend a pair of harlequin shrimp, theyve done great in my tank! Good luck!

Be wary of the shrimp though. They only eat starfish...
Ps I toss those if I ever see them. I’ve seen too many polyps die.

I found one in my tank once and removed it just in case and never saw any more. I think going out to get a harlequin shrimp is a bit premature at this point.

One more reason to get harlequin shrimp. They're beneficial no harm

After the star fish are gone the Harlequin will starve. They only eat stars. So just seeing one doesn't mean you have a population to feed a Harlequin
