So I have only bought a bristle starfish

asterina, like bristle worms, there's a love/hate relationship in this hobby for/against them, some people kill every one they see, others leave them be. very few are problems, some will eat soft corals, but they are few and far between IME.

+1 on asterina sp. Going on 35 years in the hobby, I have yet to have a problem with one. I will catch a few and move them to other tanks if a system is running low. A good part of a healthy CUC IMO.

The only problem with them, if left unchecked, you will soon have a tank full of them.
I have removed hundreds of them and now just have a harlequin shrimp who keep the population down but not gone.

I have 4 hermits and a conk and 4 astria snails and 2 troceus snails 2 clowns and a brittle.star and a peppermint and two emeralds
Coral = I have candy canes and cloves and gsp a rock flower and paly zoas and a duncun with the harley hurt any of them or just coexist?

The harley will eat the brittle star. If you dont have alot of asterinas you will have to feed chocolate chip stars to keep it alive.

Just my coraline just really started taking off
