Doubtful imo.... thankfully doesn't look like Asterina variety to my eyes. The brittle star? Good shot at it. Will try for scraps from your feedings.

So not supposed to go in a tank less than year old, well established.
He's been in hiding for 4 days and just now came out. Got hungry I guess or because I put food in.
Anyway I hope I can keep it alive

Hope so. I don't want to kill anything. I would rather swap him out later than bury it

Lucky to come home when I did. I saved him from going over the edge and into the sump.

I have an orange linkia in a just now 3 month old tank.. LFS doesn't get "special things" that often so I grabbed him while I could. Mine loves fresh scallops from Wegmans that I freeze and thaw out for feedings, eats it every time I offer it to him. He was a little slow bringing it into his disk the first few times I had to turn the flow off for him to grab it and slowly bring it in so the food would not blow away. Now he devours it a lot faster. Also comes to the top in the evenings for his feedings now lol

Hasn't thought to feed it cockles which I feed to the fish.
Mine still only 10mm or so in dia
