Haven't owned one personally, but have gotten the chance to play with one a bit. It was sitting on the stock glass lid of an IM Nuvo 38 and provided sufficient spread for that footprint. My impression after a few minutes follows:
Pros - Independently dimming colors (via two nobs). CREEs. Active Cooling.
Cons - No good way to mount it (hanging kit would be the best way, or mounted in a canopy). There is a little bit of an unknown factor with these. Not sure what colors you like with LEDs, but they use a 1:1 ratio of CWs to RBs, which isn't really a "full spectrum" color, but it was still nice and able to be tweaked.
