Starry blenny patch of color missing

Any idea what would have caused this? Starry blenny has been in qt for about 3 days. Looks like a chunk of meat is missing but it's not. Just the color or layer of flesh is gone.

There's other fish in QT with it with no issue.

Could be Uronema or a severe bacterial infection.
