I've got a starry blenny that is a few years old, and he seems all healthy. But today I just noticed this on his underside. Any thoughts? It almost seems like a huge pimple with a blackhead?

Appears to be from either an injury which is infected Or puncture wound from an urchin if you have one
Best treatment would be in a separate tank using seachem neoplex and monitoring water quality along with added aeration using air stone
