Starry Blenny Wrinkles

I have a starry blenny who has been doing great and been in my tank for about 3 months. I constantly see.him picking algae at the rocks but only recently has begun to eat the food of added to the tank. I recently had an outbreak of ich in another fish and now have noticed what looks like wrinkles along the side of the starry blenny a body. My first thought his perhaps he is underweight as today he has begun to start eating the food I add to the tank. Let me know what you guys think
