START A REFUGIUM WITH EXISTING NITRATES 10 & PHOS 0.08?

Currently my Nirates are 10 & Phosphates are 0.08. Can I start a refugium with chaeto. The answer is probably no buts there's alot of other benefits of running a huge; help control PH, home for copepods, remove toxins etc.

You can start a fuge. You just might not be able to grow the chaeto

Your perimeters are actually perfect I would just worry about dropping your levels too low with that fuge once things get going.
