Start of bubble algea?

This looks like the start of some algea growing on my snail. Any suggestions?

Hello, In those situations, where you have a algae growing on a trochus snail, I like to carefully take a blade of some kind and cut underneath the algae. Usually does the trick.

Yes, it's valonia as you suspected... I too would reach in there and gently pry it off.

Yeah take trochus out, cut them off without popping them but in case they burst i would rinse and wash the area so the spores dont spread into ur tank.
