Start of Corraline Algae??

Relatively new tank here.....call it 3 months in since add of live rock, sand and fish.

Been having a difficult time, per previous post, keep Nitrates below 30. Testing now still at or above 30.

Just recently got a brown algae outbreak under wraps, my understanding normal for new tank.

Started seeing some bright green algae forming on the rock about three weeks ago in one spot and recently have begun to see spots of bright red and purple as well. Is this Corraline growth? Additionally, since these colorful areas have started blooming we've started seeing more brown algae growth as well.

It could be just some algae and cyano, does the patches blow off with a turkey baster?
 
The pink/purple spots on that rock definitely look like coralline algae. I can't really tell if the green is a form of coralline or something else.
