I recently set up my 20 gallon long and about a week ago I added my first coral and inverts. A Florida Ricordea and 2 hermits. I wanted to if is if this is cyano and if it is anything I should be worried about. If so, how should I go about getting rid of it. Some other info is that I didn’t run my light until about a week ago as well and for the duration of my cycle they were not on. There are also a few more little spots on the glass and some very tiny spots on the rocks.

Yep, just like @WIReefer said, it's just the start of "ugly tank syndrome". every tank goes through it, your rocks and substrate will change colors a bunch of times as the tank matures. The best thing to do is ride it out, and make sure you don't have any dead spots as far as flow goes. Welcome to the fun of waiting...oh I mean reefing

This is actually diatoms which are part of new cycle and in part from nitrates and phosphates which go theough small spikes the first few weeks.
You can utilize both astrea and trochus snails which will keep this under control. Reduction of white lighting also helps. Monitor your ammonia, and nitrate levels to determine water change needs.
ARE YOU USING RODI WATER or TAP WATER FROM THE FAUCET ?

I’m using RODI water form my LFS. Theirs reads 0 tds so it’s good. Also if I should reduce white lights will it cause less growth for my corals?

Not necessarily. Reduce time of light- not intensity but you may find those snails mentioned will keep up with it.
How long has tank been running ?

The tank has been up for almost a month and a half. I completed my cycle about 2 weeks ago. I’ll also probably go past my LFS today and pick up a few snails and an algae scraper. My lights also run for 10 hours how far back should I do a them? Should I only do around 6 or 8 hours for now?

edit: tank has been up for 2 and a half months lol.
