Start off Corraline algae

Okay I some purple and pink growing on my rocks and spreading but also I’m getting patches of bright lime green. Is the start and is this normal ?

Coraline can be green, it's often a precursor to the pink or purple. Could also be film algae, thats more likely if it brushes easily.
