Started a new build! Budget frag tank build

Not counting all the stuff I had laying around. I'm $20 in so far. Next is to decide on lights. Buy LED, gut the old t5 hood for LEDs, T5 fixture, MH fixture?!?!, still not sure which way I want to go.
