Starter tank. Fluval Evo? Please help me get it right :)

Hello everybody, I'm new to marine keeping and am looking to gather as much info/ knowledge as I can before I buy a tank
I checked out couple of options -

1. Fluval Evo Amazon
2. Fluval Evo Fishsubsidy

Moreover, do i need to buy seperate ilters?

I have a 13.5 and I love it. Ended up 3d printing some media baskets, upgraded the pump to a MJ1200 and kept the stock light. Honestly havn't had a single issue with it besides the weird overflow designs which are easily fixed. Don't bother with the skimmer
