Ok, iv got a couple of large tanks I got planned, one is currently cycling and will be for about another month. I'm looking at getting 2 of the fluval 13.5g, one strictly as a hospital tank and one to do a mini zoa garden with a few other corals and some small fish and shrimp. I'm new to doing reef tanks and would like to know what everyone would recommend for such a small tank. It will have a rock shelf on the back that will be glued to the glass about half way up with a small cavern underneath it on the return side made out of a few small rocks/ dead coral. Another topic I would like to know is what you guys order your live corals and fish thru online, where I currently live is roughly 3.5 hrs away from the nearest saltwater fish store, and they mostly just carry hardware, and minimal selection of live stock.

Welcome to Reef 2 Reef :)

If you want top of the line zoa's:
Jason Fox Corals
Cherry Corals
World Wide Corals
to name a few.

For fish:
I like Divers Den (WYSIWYG) "Wisconsin"

Starter zoas:
- Radio active dragon eyes (green )
- green bay packers (green with yellowish center, almost same as the above with subtle difference)
- LA lakers (green with dark black center, very nice contrast)
- Eagle eye (green/orange)
- Bam bam zoa( orange)
- Purple death paly (not exactly zoa, but i am assuming paly is ok)
- Pink mohawk (paly, grows as fast as the radioactive dragon eyes)
- sunny d (little bit harder than above, but still beginner friendly)
- grandis paly
- solar flare (little bit harder than the above, slow grower)

there are many many more.. but these should get you started. the fast growing ones will take over the slow growing ones, unless kept further (so the slow grower can at least acquire some critical mass) or there exists physical separation (different island)

What are the tall ones that look like mushrooms? I can't seem to find the species of them. The ones I can find have heads that can grow up to 6in, which is way to big for my curent tank and need very specific parameters not able to be reached with even a very large tank.
