starting a water box 50 AIO with seawater

I have 2 tanks that I run using Reef Crystals and everything is going good. I'm starting a new tank and it drives me crazy to buy salt when I live at the beach. My new tank I'm going to run with water from the ocean and see how it goes. Has anyone tried this and how did it work out?
