Starting dosing.

Are you planning 2 part? If so will need to add equal amounts of each when get levels where you want them. Will need dosing pumps of course, much better than manual dosing IMO. Was hard for me to keep stable manually. I would recommend getting levels where you want them manually first then let go 3 days and see how far numbers fall, then use a reef calculator (I use brs) to see the recommended dose to get levels back and divide by 3. This will give you the amount needed per day and a good starting point. I test weekly and adjust if needed. The key imo is a balance between mag alk and cal from the start. Mag should be around 3 times cal,

It is brightwell 2 part. What dosing pump should i use. I dont want anything too expensive

If you do not need dosing now, then as the tank slowly develops a need for dosing, a pump may be unnecessary for quite some time. Manual dosing works fine.

But I use BRS 1.1 ml per min dosing pumps for other purposes (dosing vinegar and feeding a liquid food) and they are fine, IMO. :)
