Starting my very first reef tank.

I’m starting my very first reef tank. I should say tanks as I’m setting up a 10g that will be my starter tank while I set up the 90g.
I’m sure I will have questions as I go through the builds of both tanks and I will update this thread with pics of both builds.

You know a 10gal is going to be harder to maintain then a 90gal right?

Yes. The 10g is going to be a quarantine tank for coral frags

I would start the 90 first then once it's cycled use some rock from it to cycle the 10. The 10gal tank will cycle fast then. The rock will jump start things for you.
