If you plan to do some rockscaping, you’ll need something like E-Marco reef 400 to ciment your rocks together. BRS has a great video on how to do a rockscape with it.
I recommend to make a few small structures that you will be able to take out of the tank easily, instead of a big one that you won’t ever be able to take out. You can also add single rocks for a more pleasing look.
You will sometimes need to take rocks out of the water for various reasons, for example parasite eradication and you will appreciate having done this.

(as for heaters, Eheim jager are very reliable but they are hard to calibrate. Once it’s done though, you never have to touch it again and they will run for years and years).

When you get a heater, either get two that are rated for a slightly smaller tank, or one that’s rated for a slightly larger tank.
The light you buy will depend on whether you’re going to grow any corals, or not.
You’ll need some tools: a tank glass cleaner (make sure you get the right one for either glass or acrylic), a salinity meter, a thermometer, and some people put an air pump and stone, but if you have enough surface agitation or a protein skimmer, you won’t need it. And, maybe a small net.

Lots of great suggestions already here (towel made me laugh, but so true!) Don't have Apex, the new CoralVue offering is developing really quickly and we may bypass Apex in favor of next generation coming with Hydros... but there is always this and that new thing, so whatever we do we try to wait until its been reviewed by others and we really need it - "buy once" saves money.
