Starting new tank soon...Few items needed

Hello everyone. New to the area, and new to this community. (Just moved here from SoCal 4 months ago)

We'll its time to start a new tank after my move!
Just doing a small nano, nothing big. But, I'm looking for a few items if anyone has anything for sale:

I'm looking for:
Live Rock ~20-30lbs needed
Kessil lights and controller
Vortech MP10QD
RKL

Also looking for 5-10g of established water if anyone's doing a waterchange soon. Id like to add some established water to the new water to help the cycle

Anyone have any of these items forsale locally? I'm located in Farragut, Campbell Station Rd area 37934

Btw, their shop is near Cedar Bluff. Very close for you. They use Fritz salt if that matters to you.
