Hello everyone, my name is Danny..I would l

ike to share my build process..been reading and following different thread on here. Getting ideas from alot of wondeful looking tanks..I know alot of them will be hard to imitate or even come close to how beautiful to they look but I will try. I started keeping fish since I was a teenager but freshwater..but when I had kids life just got busy but in a really great way..now that my kids are getting older i have more time to get back into the hobby. 2 and half years ago I got a 50 gallon tank for free..little did I know that free tank was gonna lead into such an addiction. .thanx to a good friend of mine I got started into saltwater tank..it started simple, some softies and fish..and then I joined a local forum and going to see other fellow reefers tank open my eyes to a different world.*Me and wife decided to move into something smaller planning for when the kids go to college. So we decided to buy our brand new house.And my wife tells me " you're not put that tank in our new house"..I reply what? I cant bring my tank to the new house?..and she said No!!!..you can only put a brand new tank. .I felt like a kid in a candy store when she told me that...And thats how this upgrade started.

125 gallon black silicone and beveled edges
Starphire front panel
Custom overflow
Dims 48x30x20
Back painted black

Stand is by Leemar also
48x40x40 unstained I will be adding things to it and staining to match my table

Its great no more knocking things while I clean the glass untill the corals grow...thanx for looking

Its 24x20x18 and frag tank is 20x10x8
And qt is a standard 20 gallon
I will be building my ato container

It needs more work but its getting there

Very cool looking tank. I know my wife is saying the same thing that we will be getting a new tank when we get into a different house. She wants to go larger so I am expecting a 300 DD, but we'll see.

Thank you late reply its been a while since ive been on here tank is doin ok still has some maturing to do but its getting there. Will post more pics soon

Looks good got the european style going...if you have any troubles with the AI controller change the power plug to a another one if you have the motorola power cord. Keep eye out that fans kick on as well ive had some problems with light fans no working and light will shut its self off one puck at a time.
