Merry Christmas everyone. I am starting over yet again. My 40 breeder crashed on me so I decided to start my 56 gallon back up instead of my diy failure of a 40 with a 10 gallon sump. I have the 56 pretty close to being ready to stock. My plan is to go slow with it but I am curious as to what you guys think I will be able to keep in this tank. I am running 2 Kessil A160WE Tuna Blue lights, and the tank is 24.5 inches tall. I am running a Marineland 350 canister filter and I believe a fluval HoB filter rated for 70+ gallons. Below is a picture of my tank. Any advice is welcome. Thanks.

welcome back!
you can keep just about anything from corals if you master the basic fundamentals of reef keeping after all we are technically keeping water not animals.
for fish it depends on your personal preference. a pair of clowns and a yellow wrasse is a must have for me.

A firefish, a clown pair, a Bangaii, an Orange Anthais, a Royal gramma, a yellow tang……in that order
A skunk shrimp and as many corals as you want.
In a year, a mandarin.

thanks for the replies guys, sorry its taken so long to get back on here. Had a 3 week bout with COVID-19 and recovery from that. Tank took a backseat while I was sick but just not getting through the uglies in it. (forgot about that pesky stage)

welcome back! i would definitely put in some utilitarian fish in there! pair of court jester gobies and a wrasse for hair algae and pests!
