Ok long story short I had an algae outbreak and some other thing happen in my tank, so I just it down. I'm actually picking up a different tank tmrw and starting completely over. I'm going to use a more course sand and wanting to reuse my rock. My question is, would it be good to bake the rock in the oven to kill anything that that might be on themy before placing in my new tank? I just don't want to have algae and stuff going into the new tank.
