Dino’s have gotten the best of me and I’m going to just start over. I plan on pitching the old and getting new sand and rocks, not sure if I’ll return my coral to the tank even if I can eliminate them in a Frag tank or not. Will draining the tank and running fresh water through the system be enough to eliminate the Dino’s left behind, or will I need to perform more drastic measures?

Sorry this has happened to your tank. Maybe a reset is needed or maybe not.

Can you post a picture of the tank?

In all honesty, chemiclean is the one thing I haven’t tried. I suppose it’s worth a shot.

Under the scope looks like dinos but in your tank like cyano. What area is that of in your tank?
