6 month old tank, I figured it's just at the ugly stage. However now I'm having doubts and finally decided to ask for help.
65g tank

Tests are stable
1.025
PH:8.0
Nitate: 9-10
Alk 8.0
Po4 0 - always reads 0.0
Cal 380
Can't test mag. No kit yet

Weekly water changes - rodi / fritz salt
Socks/skimmer
UV runs 8 hr/day
Dosing kalk in the ATO.

Have about 18 snails, 6 hermits. Added pods.
2 fish - fairy wrasse + yellow watchmen

I know about the bubble algae, not sure on the rest.

Algae coats the entire glass around 5 days.
It's on sand, rocks, and clogging the corals. Seems to be more prevalent in areas with higher flow. Softies are keeping it off them, sps/LPs are getting clogged up and dying.
Have a fish mortality rate of over 70%. All fish were on a 3-4 hr drip of roughly 60% volume.
I'm not adding any livestock until I figure this out and get it under control.
No CUC have died.

Seems to be GHA and is happening in the same timeline my tank did. As for the fish do you have a quarantine system in place? With inverts being fine and fish dying it points to disease.

How much food do you feed your 2 fish?
What kind of flow do you have in the tank? What type of filtration?

No quarantine tank. Working on it though. Fish that died were all in weird intervals. Some lasted a few days, some a month or two. What sort of disease could I be looking at or what to look out for?

1/3rd a cube of mysis in the morning, few flakes or strips of sea veg in the evening.

Flow is a jebao sc70 gyre with a couple smaller soccer power heads behind the rock work. No dead zones.

10g sump, sock, skimmer, some rocks in there. Building a new sump now but it'll be a few weeks.

The best route would be to take care of any issues before they even present themselves. The only sure fire way to ensure this is by following the following protocols.
