So I’ve had this green bubble tip anemone since October and it was doing well until about a month ago it started bleaching and the tentacles started shrinking and closing up all the time. My question, is there any hope left in this guy or should I just pull him from the tank?

Just let him be. As long as he's attached to a rock or the glass, he's fine. They are real odd balls.

Two of mine were hanging out on the rocks for the longest time. Almost the same time they both decided it'd be fun to hang out above my wave makers. They've been there for almost a month now. Not sure what they find so interesting there.

Yes he’s attached to the back wall and has been there since he went in my tank from the beginning and never moved once. Should I try to feed him? He’s super small and tentacles are so short it seems like there’s nothing left. Is there anyway he could even recover from this? The odd thing is he’s been like that for over a month and he seems pretty stuck to the wall.

I wouldn't try feeding him. Mine are never directly fed and are doing fine. Just let him do his thing. Given time and good light, he'll be fine.

Moderate light and water flow is basic requirement.
assure your nitrate. Salinity, ph and phosphate are not elevated .

When mine look a little Puny, I feed them small pieces of Silversides. The Silverside are available at most PetCo’s. Not too many times, though, as they start dividing, and will take over the tank.

Try feeding him mysis and see if you can get a feeding response. Also what type of light do you have? IMO if he accepts food he can bounce back.

I have a biocube with Steve’s LEDs installed in them for lighting. I have tried feeding but it usually just floats near him and won’t be accepted or the clowns just try to steal it from him. Not too sure what I could do
