Steel Aquarium stand issues?

Hello I am having issues with mu steel aquarium stand. The stand is held together with bolts washers and nuts. Kind of a pain in the A**, to put back together. Any way i put it back together after powder coating I was ready to get the tank going when i noticed the left side was sitting lower then the rest of the stand. I tried to lower it and have no luck. Any ideas also it has adjustable legs but i took them off. Thanks for the help!

When you say the left side is sitting lower, what exactly do you mean? Are the top edges of the frame not lining up?

Maybe a picture would help.

exactly basically the left segment is not sitting flush with the middle bar

2 things I notice right away.
First you said you took off the adjustable legs?
Maybe you might want to put them back on.
Also, I see the end of the tank isn't supported?
That can't end well.

Yeah, I can't see it.

Is the leg part on the left too high or is it the cross beam that is too high?
