Sterile Culture setups

I am in the process of setting up a multi strain Phytoplankton and Rotifer culture system, to ensure success long term I want to minimize risk of contamination. I plan on sterilizing all water prior to culture and using 0.22micron filters on the air coming and going from culture containers, I'm not sure if it would be best to culture in single use plastic bags or 2L bottles (obviously bleaching and Acid wash between use).

So I'm looking to see other people's sterile or not so sterile Culture setups to get some ideas!
