Steve’s leds - Adding new coral

Running Steve’s on my biocube at 60% blue and 20% white. Looks like acclimation guide says to lower by half when adding new frags and adjust after 5 days. Basically starting the acclimation process all over.

Any recommendations? Bought a chalice, Zoa’s yesterday. I’ve halved the light settings this morning but lights have yet to come on. Don’t want to harm existing coral. Tanks is Lps, a devils hand and some polyps.

You won't hurt current inhabitants. Less light you are less likely to kill a coral. More light can kill coral much faster.
