I received my steve’s leds last month and all was well for about 3 weeks when I started noticing the whites turning on and off randomly. I called them and they suggested plugging the connection into the controller into channel 3&4 instead of 1&2 and that kicked on the whites so I left it at that. I noticed that same day the problem continued. I was sometimes able to get the whites to turn on by cycling through the settings or unplugging the controller. Now however the whites never turn on and I can’t get them to turn on by messing with the controller. I’ve called and emailed them but haven’t heard back yet. Anyone have any idea what’s going on? I’m not an electrician but do feel confident in the install.
