hey everyone i just installed Steves LEDS and Hurrican X controller. It seems i might have a bad controller, the knob doesn't allow me to change anything, the lights are on and at 1200. I have called and emailed Steves customer support but no reply. How long does it take typically to hear back?

Should i just leave it as is or take the lights out and put the stock back in? I don't want to kill any of my corals.

It currently has the date of June 3 and night mode and channel 1 at 1200. I cant't get to or change anything.
 
Could you switch back to your old led?
i could, the issue is one of the steps is to silicon the hole you cut to run the cable thru. But i might just have to, was hoping Steves customer service is was pretty responsive but from what i have read, it takes 25 days to hear back.
 
update - i was able to connect with Jeff from Steves LEDS and he is sending out a new Hurricane controller, great guys
