Steves LED Sps grade lights

Hello , does anyone have any experience with these lights and the pro's and con's of them.

Looking at the specs, found at the link below, they seem to be using 1 watt diodes; therefore intensity is going to be an issue. However, on the description, they claim 3 watt diodes... These might be alright on a shallow tank. At that price point, I would expect spectrum graphs, but by looking at the listed diodes, they are pretty generic.

There are also no channels, they are are a'retrofit' design, which I presume is to replace T5s, although they compare them to Metal Halide, which is slightly dubious. Since the descriptions and specifications don't really add up, I would consider ReefBrites over these.

Disclaimer: I am a fan of the generic black box fixtures, which are half the price and twice as powerful...
