Steves LEDs stopped after power outageno

No leds after the power came back on, plugged into surge protector. The controller shows it is operating properly. Adjusting manually or with sim has no effect. Is there a fuse that can be checked somewhere.

If the controller is on a separate power supply than the leds I'd suspect the main power supply died.
