stick-like things growing on sand and rock

I am seeing a ton of these grow on my rock/sand, they are kind of hard, sort of transparent, can you help me ID?

At your earliest convenience could you post some more pictures, a little brighter and keep the white light :-). Its super hard to tell and could be any number of things - sponges, algae, feather dusters, vermetid snails, spaghetti worms, etc
 
probably vermetid snails but i'm not sure

Thanks! I'll def try to get better pics, they are the spikey things to the left of the zoa plug. I don't think they are snails, I think I do have vermetid snails on the rocks elsewhere too. These are rounded at the end, so basically rounded spikes that are brownish/clear
 
Better picture, it'd actually green and soft, took it out of the tank can someone help I'd looks like some kind of algae

Some type of macro algae. Shouldnt be a big deal you can scrub it off if its bothering the zoas.

I had a lot of algea in my tank recently... Just focus on it with water changes and it will eventually come out.
