What par do you guys keep yours in ? I got a single polyp for $10,so I am looking for some insight on how you guys grow them out ?

Same thing on the Superstar's.

My zoas do best on my sandbed, and lower portions of the rock work. 100 to 200 par.

We have ours on rocks, and they host an oscellaris pair.

Mine is currently on the sand,about 14"-15" below a Prime 16HD and 24w I think.

Like anything, just keep your eyes on them. Elongated stalks would indicate they are reaching for light and should be moved a little higher (into slighly more light).

Which they aren't. Even some Z's and P's I got from LRO,TSA,WWC had them and then within a day they were shrunken and normal. They are all flat to the frag plug. Even my Superstars which had about a 3/4" stalk because LRO has their Radions a 1/4 mile above their tanks lol.
