Still don't know the optimum setting of Light

Hi guys
I have 120g tank 6ft length and 2 ft height. I installed 3 units AL Hydra 56 1ft above the water surface.

I had struggle to lower high nitrate 50ppm. Finally my water parameters are under optimal range.

Only the thing I can't understand is light setting.
I have mixed corals. I set 80 to 95 for blue, violet, uv . Dark blue, 15 for red and green. 8 for white.

Not sure if I have to lower blue color range and increase white.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Honestly the best answer is going to be that you need to use a par meter to determine the light intensity in certain areas of your tank and adjust your lights to accommodate what kind of coal you have in that part of the tank. Otherwise your just batting in the dark. What the light spectrum looks like in your eye is purely aesthetic and just what you prefer. Some LFS offer par meter rentals, and I believe R2R has a meter that gets passed around thru some kinda list.

Par meter is the best method... I used to have AI vega colors and was never happy with the color or growth on my corals. Recently switched to radions and I couldnt be happier. I'm using the AB+ settings. I think I saw a similar setting for AIs on youtube. Maybe try using those settings...
