This was it on January 2. It feels firm to the touch, but fleshy. I do have two of them.

Try looking up cabbage leather coral. See if that matches what you got.
They grow pretty fast

Its sponge imo. Or cabbage coral. Blue sponge will grow like that.

I think OP said these 2 move...sponges don't move unless its growing to reach somewhere and cabbage corals usually stay in the same place.

OP do you have gloves you could use to pick it up and take a closer pic of the underside and to see how thin they are?

Not something I’d leave in a tank with my fish, corals, or other inverts. When in doubt throw it out* (or at least put it in a Tupperware container!)
