Still QT pre-quarantined fish?

I’m considering going with some pre-quarantined fish from one of the sources people here seem to like. Not sure which yet.

Just a question for those who have done that. Did y’all still qt the fish? Maybe not with meds, but did you set them aside for a bit?

The reason I ask is because I’d like to order a good number of fish at once to maximize the shipping - but I only have a 30g qt, which clearly can’t Hold too many fish.

These would be the first fish in a new tank.
 
Yes. keep them in a separate tub for observation. 27 gallon totes are like 10 bucks at Home Depot. I would set up more than one to minimize any issues.
