I mailed my samples in on the 13th of September and have received the results yet. I understand with COVID there may be some shipping delays but this is a long time to wait. I'd like to know if my samples have even arrived yet. Thanks.

Sorry but I do not fully understand you received them or you have not received them? In case number 2 the best thing would be to simply use the contact on the website. We need personal inforamtion from you to be able to check it.

Covid shipping is very slow, though shipping is slow in general.

I contacted them directly and they were able to find my water samples and I had the results within a day or two. Yes shipping is very slow they days.
