Stimulus check for Reefing

It has helped finish my build. I ordered 80lbs of sand, tds meter, refractometer, Cooper power, aquaforest stone fix, and next and last thing to buy is 20lbs of live rock!!!

Oh and salfert ammonia and nitrate test since I'll be fowl for a few months.

Really? We're all bragging about how we're going to spend money on reef, that we hope we don't have to pay for? Someone's going to have to pay. If you need it for food or Bill's or something go ahead. But really, come on guys. This is a ridiculous thread.

I get what you are saying. But I am still working full time. Actually got a 3$hr raise while this is going on. Bills are paid. All 5 kids are fed and clothed. I think I deserve to spend a little money on myself.

“Man up”? lol. Someone did pay, Dan. For example, I’ve paid enough taxes in my career to give myself about 10,000 “stimulus” checks. I don’t feel bad at all. Modern America is built on bail-outs, and there’s no way you’re old enough to remember when it wasn’t.

Really? So if I go to the local family run LFS who is struggling and could close, possible declare bankruptcy, and spend money that’s bad? Supporting people and business is ridiculous. What about my local reefing community? People who are out of work, and trying to get a little extra cash by selling frags. We shouldn’t support them?

Hell I’ll take every penny the government wants to give me although I know full blown my kids kids kids will be paying for it in their life time as well.

Anyways I’m finally setting up a 10G qt system to help treat ich in my tank which has recently killed a few fish

hoping to save my two fish that are left and will qt any other additions as well.

Not getting a dime. They left college students out.....I don't count as a dependant according to the gov, yet they can send me to war. Funny thing.
