Are sting rays coral safe, and invert safe, cause I've heard from a LFS that there coral and crab and starfish safe, just not sure, I would like to hear your comments.

Definitely not crab. Never heard of a stingray eating coral or sea stars though.

it is very hard to have a sting ray in a reef tank....they need lots of flat space to bury themselves and swim around. They also grow pretty fast and produce alot of waste....better to have them in a species specific tank as they need a on of swimming space and start off bigger than most fish. Also, they will accidentally knock things off and rock may become displaced.

A long time ago I heard of someone suspending their rock above their sand bed for a ray. Used clear acrylic rods. Don't know if it worked or not.
