Stock Ideas For 90g FOWLR

I am still working on finalizing my stock list for the tank, and I thought I would get some thoughts.
Right now the list looks like this:
Orange Prawn Goby
Blue Dot Jawfish
Clownfish (Ocellaris pair, or designer pair if I win a contest)
Red Head Solon Fairy Wrasse (not 100% sold on this guy, considering other wrasses)
Purple Dottyback (this one is for my sister)
Marine Betta/Comet
Coral Beauty Angelfish (Possibly considering a different, larger angel)
Citrinis Clown Goby
*Yellow Tang or Caribbean Blue Tang or Squaretail Bristletooth Tang

Not Fish-
Feather Duster
Sexy Shrimp
Lettuce Sea Slug
Sea Cucumber (not 100% sure on this guy as well, due to his toxicity)
Maxima Clam
Urchin
BTA
Pistol Shrimp
Hermit Crabs

I realized when I came up with the list, I might not have been thinking big enough. I want to get the full extent out of my 90g tank, and stocking it with 1-3" fish is just seeming silly. Now I do realize that if I want bigger fish, the tiny ones have to go. So I am really not sure what to do. This is going to be a strictly fish and some inverts tank, no corals what so ever. Do you think this is a good stock list? Any ideas, or concerns or input is appreciated and encouraged.

What do you mean by "larger angel" ? A larger dwarf or a "large" angel? IMO/E, none of the large angels will work in a 90.

Yellow Tang or Caribbean Blue Tang or Squaretail Bristletooth Tang

The blue tang will not work in a 90, they get too big.

The blue spot jawfish have an awful track record, so do your research first. I, personally, would pass.

Well if you can have a reef tank without any corals, then yes, I am doing a reef tank.

Thank you for the input about the tang and the jawfish. I had been reading mixed stats about the blue tang, so I was not sure. I have kind of fallen for the Squaretail Bristletooth Tang.

I have also been told mixed reviews on if my light can do the clam and anemone. I am going to try for them, but if I see their health deteriorating due to the lack of light, I will find them a new home ASAP or sell(back) to the LFS.

Also, watch out for dottybacks and shrimp. My dottyback got along with shrimp for about 6 months and then went on the attack.

Most dwarf angels will nip and the clam mantle. The Marine Betta will eat any fish it can fit into it's mouth, so be careful.

As for the lights --- I have 0 experience with LEDs, so I don't want to comment.


I currently have 6 dwarf angels, and none of them have bothered my clams.
